Skateboard Cakes rock! And so do the Paloma Panthers!

My daughter’s school has their annual carnival tomorrow. Part of the fundraising is a “cake walk”. You know. Parents make cakes and other parents bid on them and the PTO earns a little cash. This is my favorite part of the carnival because I LOVE creating crazy cakes! No pretty stuff for me. I like reality. I like fun. I like being different. That way, if the cake sucks, you can say, “I meant it that way.”

Anyway, here’s my cake. It’s a skateboard cake design with the Paloma Panther logo and their Panther paws! I got the idea from a great ezine, Family Fun. Hope I did the original design justice! My kid thinks it rocks and that’s all that matters!
